With RGP Architects set up with a sound CAD system, Mark reached a point where the challenges had been met and it was time to venture into new areas, this involved moving to another Architects who were in a similar position as RGP had been.

In just six months at Conran and Partners Mark achieved many enhancements to a basic CAD setup. In this practice it was staff training that became the major factor in Mark's work. Budgets were non existant so it fell to Mark to provide all the staff training from scratch. As Mark had already achieved a five star award from Bentley, for training courses attended at RGP, he was able to use that knowledge to write instructions and provide extensive inhouse training.

Marks approach to training is to provide extensive guidance, in the form of live demonstrations and examples which relate to day to day working. The training is supported with comprehensive documentation and video recordings which can be reviewed at users convenience.

Achieving so much in such a short time scale gave Mark the idea of setting up CAD-wiz. With his extensive knowledge and passion to help organisations achieve their full potential out of the powerfull software it was the next logical step. Mark hopes to work with many companies helping them achieve the results that their investment intended.
