Web Graphics

The 'Web' is a wonderful resource and advertising arena, with my graphical background it is a natural area to venture into and to promote my ideas.

I can thank RGP for getting into web design and maintenance as they had a very basic site when I joined them. It was a great relief that the Directors agreed to invest in a new site, which I could help to shape.

An outside company provided basic templates that we designed together and they provided RGP with custom software to maintain and develop the site without needing CSS and HTML. Once developed and populated I kept it updated and continue to develop it with new content, take a look www.rgp.uk.com click the link. We found we could push the boundaries further by adding our own HTML coding, enabling us to add extra features and interaction.

Through learning some basic coding and from writing creative scripts and VBA programs I decided I had enough knowledge to attempt to put together my own website, which you see here. It has gone through a number of transformations as I learn new methods and fix bugs between browsers. My confidence has grown and whilst there is still a lot to learn and digest I have now added another website to my collection, by creating a site for my local church www.st-margarets-church.co.uk which is helping get the church noticed.
